Cons - I know I mentioned flexible hours as a pro, however it could be a con as well. Do you want to work late? Work on the weekends? If that is the case, this may not be for you.

Disorganized, when I requested time off, they called me in to work and told me I did not communicate this, however, I requested it on our online system. The management is not friendly at all. Some of us are constantly being belittled. The older women that work here who are mothers do not seem maternal at all… Some of them silently judge others and talk behind closed doors. They are only focused on one thing, sales numbers and enrolling people in our rewards program. Management plays favorites in not only creating schedules but in the work we do while on the clock.
