Pros

The overall work environment is great! Coworkers are all super friendly and the brand is super positive (body positivity, inclusivity, emphasis on wellbeing and health) I’ve been working at athleta for 2 years now and I am so comfortable with management and how things are operated

Cons

They super push loyalty programs like credit cards which I don’t love doing. I also don’t like hounding customers by asking if they need help when sometimes they clearly wanna do their own shopping, and athleta loves doing that

co-workers all likeminded, fun, energetic people

Cons

the company itself is a complete lie and greenwash to make them look like a "sustainable" company. they do not invest in their employees and help them grow into positions with more responsibility. impossible for managers or store associates to get help from customer service, I cannot imagine a customer calling customer service for help. underpay employees for what is expected. preaches diversity but every training video is led by a white lady. i have seen NO diversity within headquarters or the corporate world of Athleta
