      Truly passionate PT's Mostly good people to work with

      Cons

      Company has changed in the last year, used to be a good place to work at. Corporate office seems to be filled with people who don't have a clue what they are doing and have the most effect on the business. Constantly asked to be put in unethical situations by management and will throw you under the bus if they get caught. Went from patient care first to money, money, money first! Employees getting promoted or increases only because they threaten to quit.

      Pros

      Great coworkers, some opportunity for professional growth.

      Cons

      Things went downhill fast after the acquisition with Accelerated. Priorities shifted away from patient care at the clinic level, and senior leadership soon lost their focus with regard to keeping employees happy as well. Much of senior leadership is inexperienced in change management and it shows. It is sad because this really used to be a great company and things just fell apart.

      Patients are great. Good sponsorships. Offers benefits. Some flexibility in schedules.

      Cons

      Under paid given the amount of work/responsibility you have. Health insurance isn't great. More concerned about metrics to reach goals than caring for patients.
