Pros
The management on the regional level is good but a lot of times, their hands are tied by corporate.
Cons
No support for staff when you are off. They don’t provide proper coverage and when you return, there is a lot of catching up to do. Way too many meetings and reports. Corporate management is oppressive. You spend half your time jumping thru hoops and then don’t have time to complete your work. Too much emphasis on numbers and not enough on patient care.
