Ineffective managers

Pros

Co workers and patient population was favorable.

Cons

Ownership by an investment firm is evident. C-suite was ineffective at managing their middle managers. 401k match each year was significantly below market. Very aggressive profit over people mentality veiled as compassion and integrity. Tight budgets at the clinic level, with multiple layers of non-revenue generators at the management level.

THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU

Pros

I loved my coworkers and some patients

Cons

If you're not clinical, they do not care about you. You get paid GARBAGE. They took away bonuses from the hardest workers. Leadership (besides a few) are MORONS who literally make every wrong decision when it comes to respecting or caring for your people.

Thank you for your feedback. Our patient experience coordinator (PEC) team is essential to delivering exceptional patient care. Regarding bonuses, we’ve made a number of adjustments to address compensation and benefits for these roles, including the introduction of a new PEC incentive program. The new program allows for PECs to receive additional compensation, which we believe is a competitive benefit within the industry.

Pros

I loved the employees I worked with within my clinic.

Cons

I worked there for 7 years and made less than what a new hire would make. When I brought that to my managers attention they said that “I shouldn’t know what others are making.” It also just felt like the company lost sight of what the purpose was which was to help patients. The executives that didn’t even work with patients, kept getting more, while the therapists and employees working within the clinics and directly with patients were expected to do way too much for way too little.
