      Pros

      Some practitioners are very talented and kind.

      Cons

      Athletico is a PT mill. There is no other way to say it. Low wages for new grads, high practitioner burn out rates, clinics vary from brand new to total dumps, froze wage bonuses during COVID. Stay away if you value your practice and your patients. CEO is a white man with no healthcare background and a bachelors degree in business management from the 1980s.

      Pros

      Lots of Patient interaction and great learning experience for those who want to be in healthcare or in customer service.

      Cons

      The pay is not equivalent to the amount of work put in. And their insurance benefits is a major problem. If you want a better plan, you can say goodbye to your paycheck.

      Pros

      The people - clinicians, OCs, rehab aides, and managers are all amazing people who want to help the patients and support their teams.

      Cons

      -Pay is less than desirable for the amount of work you do, with no raise this year -More and more tasks, reports, and changes added to your plate, with no additional support. -High OC turnover, with a need for constant training - in turn, it’s difficult to gain traction to move forward and grow or meet goals. -OC bonuses were taken away, with already low pay, thus causing this revolving door of turnover to spin faster -We have filled out many surveys asking for our feedback in regards to the company, but very little action seen to support front office teams.
