Pros

Many Resources for CEU's and mentorship Mobility within company Good benefits Able to learn a lot and see many different cases Coworkers are very nice Management is very nice

Cons

Business model is to see 2-3 (sometimes even 5) patients at one time, while billing insurance not for group therapy. Not illegal, but questionable ethics. Pressure to see more patients than one may feel comfortable with Pressure to see patients more frequently than clinical judgment Now with private investment, different company vibe than before investment In a 40 hour work week will see >50 patients, plus documentation, plus networking with physicians. Essentially expecting 50 hours of patient care in 35 patient care hours. Then outside of work networking and documenting making work life balance very difficult.
