Fast pace, high stress environment, non flexible hours, strict management, micromanaging. Low pay for amount of responsibilities and amount of work put into the position. No Overtime even though you need it to compensate for the amount of work put in. Required to clock out for lunch but expected to answer phones & help with patients while off the clock. Required to travel for training and never compensated for time. Poor benefits

Work load does not reflect pay, you are expected to do everything with very low pay/ barely every a substantial increase. Area managers were lazy and never offered support. Turn over was high, everyone I worked with hated their job. No room for advancement unless you are a physical therapsit with no leadership skills
