Pros

Good on resume for pre-health students.

Cons

The Rehab Aide position is paid minimum wage to handle critical tasks for the flow of patients. They are stretched thin and asked to do so many tasks at once that it is impossible not to make mistakes. They serve a significant role in increasing the patient load of the clinic (increased revenue) and are not given any share of the increased profits. It is a poorly defined position asked to handle the grunt work of the office so it can cycle as many patients in an out as possible.

Pros

Everything depends on the specific clinic. Loved my manager and culture in that clinic. It was fun, and my manager protected staff from higher-ups as much as possible. Most patients were wonderful

Cons

Company cares more about $ than patients. No benefits for part time and will only give you hours when busy. If clinic manager not good, too many patients per PT
