      -It was nice talking to patients and interacting with them. -Some of the PT's are willing to teach and help you, while many others are not.

      Cons

      -Terrible management and a lack of communication -Relying too heavily on rehab aides without proper training really -Terrible work culture with a hostile and unwelcoming environment

      No upward mobility, expected to do same work as receptionists without receptionist pay. Treated like you know nothing if you aren't a PT or PTA.
