      Pros

      There is a lot of relationship building that pushes you to connect with many referral sources.

      Cons

      Focus is on high productivity and it can get very overwhelming. I was constantly doubled and was expected to accommodate the patients' schedule even if it meant hours before my shift. I understand how people can burn out quickly here especially as new grads.
