Too large of a company

Managers with no experience and terrible people skills. Managers actually say that everyone is replaceable in response to negative feedback. Most billing staff have been there less than a year. Moral is low and turnover is high which leads to burnout of the experienced staff. PTO no longer paid out but difficult to take time off due to deadlines and workload. Micromanaging the high producing staff while ignoring the slackers. No appreciation for excellence.
