Benefits, flexible hours, decent PTO and holidays, 401k, student loan contributions, friendly staffs and patients, supportive management.

Cons

Productivity demands, patient cancellations in the region, low staffing in the region, commute to/from work in the region. Not allowed to run TV's in clinic.

Good benefits and perks of CEs and administrative support because of large company resources.

Cons

Feel pushed for productivity, feel less independent in billing and schedule decisions. Language from the top can sound dismissive about clinic level concerns.
