Pros

You get to work with some very sweet people.

Cons

The pay is awful for the amount of work you are required to do, especially at larger clinics.

Pros

Athletico has multiple locations which makes forming connections with other clinics and managers easier and offers the ability to travel between clinics. More clinics equals more job opportunities.

Cons

Athletico is strict about wages and raises. Sometimes the culture feels more "about the numbers" and marketing-oriented than patient outcomes based.

Pros

Fair benefits package and good amount of PTO hours advertised. Lots of clinics allow for opportunity to relocate within the Midwest.

Cons

Lower salaries and poor yearly increases. Expected to see a high volume of patients. Overbooking is encouraged and rehab aide/techs are over utilized resulting in poor quality of care. Corporate management does not listen to feedback from employees.
