      It is a very stable job, and the co-worker are pleasant to work with.

      Their training leaves a lot more to be desired.

      Pros

      the atmosphere and patients are a great way to spend your day. Also, the people you work with usually have your back and work well together.

      Cons

      As an aide you have the bulk of the job. Not only in the back helping patients, but also up in front with the OC. Not to mention cleaning. It is also a vastly understaffed facility no matter where you are, but management doesn't see a problem with this despite the clear damage towards the patient care.

      It's a good place to work for entry level. The name of the company may "hold weight" when mentioned to other people.

      Cons

      -The pay is low. -The aides do a lot of work both front desk/ and assistant PTs -There is not much room to grow -Aides are treated poorly in terms of benefits/ paid time off -The hours are inconsistent
