Pros

Great company to gain substantial experience. Strong relationships with surrounding medical professionals provide continuous patient referrals.

Cons

Late hours, large workload and low pay for support staff positions. At the busier clinics patients are given less one on one time with therapists.

Pros

Nice for college students who want to go to Physical Therapy school. Awesome Holiday party. A good resource for CEUs and networking with the company. I learned a lot about customer service and after a while patients started to feel like family.

Cons

Starting pay is offensive for all work the Aides do for the front office, therapists, and outside of the clinic . There were not many opportunities for promotion or advancement within the clinic. Favoritism within the clinic made it hard to feel comfortable at work. Inner office dating was a big factor in splitting up friends and co-workers which again made work uncomfortable.
