Pros

Opportunity to gain observation hours and improve resume through real world experience.

Cons

Numerous responsibilities with not enough pay, constant need to multitask, and not every therapist is going to like you. Regardless of how you perform.

Pros

It is great experience, especially if you want to get into the field. Co-workers are helpful and managers ask for your availability. It gets busy and it helps make the day go by faster. There is never a boring moment!

Cons

The pay is low considering there are other aide jobs that pay more than what Athletico pays. There is a lot of running to answer phones and then back to the patient in the back and so on. Aides are underpaid for all that they do.
