Pros
Many different affiliates contracted allowing you to have more options of where to work, but the availability and openings for where you want to go is another thing. Great people to work with and it's a good place to start off for new graduates.
Cons
Pay is not competitive and their bonus structure is not realistic. Nothing you can really do if you get into a region or a school that makes it challenging for you to meet certain metrics to get a bonus. In the past, the company wanted you to do all these extra things, but the incentives never made it worth it. Because they are so short staffed right now, you're always being asked where you can be a "team player" in their time of need.
