      Great work-life balance

      Pros

      This company has a wonderful culture and offers great work-life balance. I genuinely enjoy going to work and cherish the ability to have a flexible schedule for those random doctor appointments, etc.

      Cons

      Athletico does not offer competitive or (in my opinion) fair pay. They have a lot of room for improvement here. As it is, I have to work 2 jobs to offset the low pay. There is also a decent amount of turnover, likely due to the pay issues.
