      Pros

      You have the ability to pick up extra coverages for extra income and the company commits to a lot from outside providers.

      Cons

      I felt like the salaries and incentives are low. There is a lot of push to grow the business and expand across the US but not to hire more to handle the load therefore putting more job responsibilities on their current employees.

      - Athletic Atmosphere - Customers and kids can be fun to work with - Always something to do

      Cons

      - Very unorganized management - customers become infuriated - TERRIBLE hours - Ownership does not understand the community they are doing business in - Too many owners involved, do not always agree with each other, causes confusion within management team - Hostile work environment, lots of tension, stress, and emotional manipulation - No one can be trusted on management team, back stabbing
