Clinics are different! If there is a good clinic manger who supports their team and fights for their needs, the clinic will thrive regardless of upper management and what comes down the pipeline.
Cons
There are a lot of changes happening throughout the company. Sometimes it can seem good, just be aware. There are big pushes to meet numbers, coding, and little benefit and incentives in return. Unless you know the right people.
