      Pros

      Pay is on higher scale for clerical. PTO.

      Cons

      Don't expect support from regional management unless it's micromanagement. A lot of drama. Corporate is in Chicago, so if you're not there, you're out of sight and out of mind. They want the kumbaya feeling without deserving it. Too many meetings with nothing being resolved. And float PTs are treated like dogs. Even if you enter requests way in advance PTO and it's approved, good luck in knowing if you can actually have your planned PTO. They expect you to think you're the problem and take part in all sorts of self-help. Borderline harassment. Lots of turnover and no help from HR.

      Pros

      Good ceu opportunities. Free lunch at staff meetings.

      Cons

      Upper management only cares about billing aggressively and seeing 12-15 patients per day. They also expect you to keep a full case load and market. Patients are looked at as a commodity. Individual therapists will advocate for the patients but the management team does not. They just want to smooze doctors and other referral sources. I'm completely disheartened and will leave this company soon.

      Good Facility Manager Clinic is clean PTS are competent Clinics are everywhere Has company functions occasionally that are fun. Affiliated with Cardinals

      Cons

      Low pay PT rely too much on aide staff Replacing front office with aides to save money. Staff is considered to be expendable. Management does not troubleshoot major clinic issues High turn over
