      Coworkers so friendly Great way to gain experience in the healthcare field Patients are so nice

      Can be too much work if understaff Salary only increases if the district minimum wage raises.

      Low Pay Managers are sexiest. Only care about the dollar for themselves

      Pros

      The relationships I built with co-workers and clients. Loved my job for the first 8 years.

      Cons

      With all of the changes within the organizational structure and benefits being taken away it was harder to work here. It's expected with corporate take overs. But being blammed for every thing including stagging issues. can't hit bonus not aligned with operations. Held accountable for things that can not be controlled. For the low pay no bonus after 8 years when the company merged with the new company and now all the micromanagment not worth the job to be in a hostile, sexiest and toxic environment
