Pros

I learned everyday new things from work! Co-workers are friendly, kind and willing to help with problems at work. I am learning a lot from them too. QA director is approachable and willing to communicate with us. Most of all, my work hours are flexible and allow me to work with great work/life balance.

Cons

Atimi is a project based company. So its cash flow could be fluctuated.

At the end the uncertainty of the regular payments. Salary cheques could not be deposited directly to your account.
