I learned everyday new things from work! Co-workers are friendly, kind and willing to help with problems at work. I am learning a lot from them too. QA director is approachable and willing to communicate with us. Most of all, my work hours are flexible and allow me to work with great work/life balance.

Cons

Atimi is a project based company. So its cash flow could be fluctuated.

I am sure that if the upper management had been different and someone else had managed this place, things would have been better.

Cons

The top management is awfully arrogant and terrible at its job. They make the worst decisions, lose clients and contracts, and then blame the employees. They don't hesitate to ask people to clean out their desks and leave as soon as a project is finished. It's ridiculous.Please avoid joining if you are looking for a long term, stable job. Join it as a resume gap filler as you search for a stable job.
