Open cultured company, work life balance, excellent compensation

Pros

1. Excellent work life balance 2. Chance to work on cutting edge technology 3. Open-minded & straightforward CEO / Director (Mr.Rahul Mirakhur). Grab a cup of coffee and have a word with him you will never feel bored. You will be loaded with information & learning. 4. Small headcount. So all work will be transparent to the higher management 5. Excellent work culture 6. Huge appraisal in salaries may make you feel like you have done a job jump. (When I was 2.5 years I joined this company and left with 6 years of experience and was paid equal to 10+years of experienced managers of my previous companies) 7. No one bothers you until you do your job perfectly with mutual respect to peers. I cannot close this without mentioning some other perks like owning the latest Macbook / apple products till you work here and of course the free snacks in the pantry...

Cons

1. When you join a new company, the bad quality job of your co-workers may irritate you. 2. Standard MNC's may not be able to afford you when you leave the company.

Thanks for your feedback. Atimi has just completed a series of strategic planning sessions which it does annually with quarterly reviews. Most employees are asked, and often contribute, to this process.
