No micro management at all and will be given full freedom in executing your work. You can reach out to senior management with ease for any concern or support No hierarchy complications and it's a flat organization

Need to bring in more long term projects aggressively

Pros

I worked at Atimi, India full-time for long duration. Pros - Driven by strong management who are passionate about Mobile Apps development and testing with highly technical and process oriented mind-set. - Opportunity to work on latest Mobile technologies and diverse domains while serving top clients. - Friendly office environment with helping co-workers who were more like friends. - Focused on on-time project delivery to meet client deadlines - No office politics. - Good salary pay in comparison with market standards.
