Our arrogant leaders here at Atimi Software create a toxic and hostile work atmosphere. Employees here don't have a voice because our managers thinks that they don't make any mistakes. If things go wrong, they blame the employees. They sometimes even verbally abuse and humiliate us in front of our co-workers.

I knew that I was a super qualified employee because of my credentials. Yet, I get passed over for a promotion by a new hire who was clearly less experienced, but buddy-buddy with the owner. When my colleague asked why, they just mumbled something about "cultural fit". It was blatant discrimination against someone who had been there forever, and the supervisors just nodded along. They essentially made it clear that loyalty and hard work are not valued here! Job security here is horrible, you're always on edge, and forget about benefits! I even saw some serious discrimination go down, and they just swept it under the rug. Beware and avoid this!
