Pros

Excellent Team, Good Promotion Opportunities, Management is very experienced and has a lot to offer the team. Compensation for further education. Very good lunch hour presentations that count for CPD credit about once a month.

Cons

Relatively low compensation, None of the UK benefits apply to this branch. The general office procedures are left for you to figure out as there is no formal induction.

Pros

Big brand, major projects, nice and smart people. You will get opportunities to travel and work on complicated global projects. You will get plenty of experience to develop the fundamentals of engineering design.

Cons

Not a very inspirational environment most of the time. Seems a bit stuffy compared to Arup or other companies. The office has a pretty stale feeling to it and it is easy to feel like a cog in a machine.
