The projects are very interesting from the technical point of view

Cons

Middle management is terrible in Ireland. Was bullied on emails by a counterpart from UK, talk with my boss in Ireland, nothing happened. The excuse to do nothing was that the English person that bullied me, had vast amount of technical experience and he was a fundamental part to deliver the aviation projects. Only priority for aviation is money. Poor communication. No vision. No objectives as a group. Poor management of KPIs.
