Great projects. Lots of good people to do the work. Healthy working culture (professional and courteous, usually). Majority of management are from the UK, rather than from the region, and therefore they have values which align with the Atkins brand, and not just a "local version" of it.

Cons

Poor mid-level communication. Poor staff recognition. Major "old boys club" vibe.

Entrepreneurial Spirit: Management of adults by adults. Very smart group of people. Stabilized very positively. The outlook is very strong.

Cons

New structures have been put in place - there is some concern but they appear to be very positive.
