Everything that is being done for the safety of staff in this COVID-19 situation "PRESUMABLY".
Cons
Starting every meeting with Health and Safety topic, organizing multiple courses on safety and welfare of staff, acting integrally, none of these are seen in action in the current situation. The company has not been able to stand on its own core values in these testing times rather, expects staff to be resilient and focus on business. Every attempt is made to dodge government guidelines with silly loopholes to get staff in office premises compromising on their safety. Is this how company puts safety at the core of everything it does?
