best company to learn,to spend time with family,friend They call it Work-Life balance...

Cons

Sometimes you feel to earn ,irrespective of your grade... You may demand performance based bonuses . But you find it incompetent in that!!! You can learn,you can enjoy,But can only earn what you agreed upon.

Big Firm, job security, Global opportunities. Potential for varied work (however this is mainly gained at satellite locations and done in london)

Cons

No evidence of a business plan in my department. Not a sustainable department - need other Atkins offices to deliver a job. Lower level employees not involved in decisions made about them. Poor salary compared to our competitors.
