Good office culture, stable working environment, flexible and trusting, supportive of new starters, benefits package is really good including option for a company car. Really pushing personal development and continuous training.

Cons

Very "North American" corporate culture - all the initiatives are clearly driven by issues stemming from the US and Canada and bear little relevance to the UK
