Pros
Good compensation and benefits structures; good projects; good professional development and recogntion programs. Schedule and benefit flexibility. Wide range of available projects; lots of very talented peoepel. I've worked at other firms with very dysfunctional organizations; the staff I work with at Atkins are very professional.
Cons
With the tight market, upper management treats staff- across the board- as contract employees with benefits, If you're on a long term project and it ends, have your resume ready
