Pros

The company had good projects in the past. Dedicated and talented colleagues are an asset to the firm (who are being laid off).

Cons

PLEASE AVOID - The company has undergone frequent restructuring in recent years, but unfortunately these are more of formality. - Managers are incompetent and lack of basic interpersonal skills. - Office politics are beyond belief. - Racism does appear in office.

Pros

Glassdoor should have zero star rating

Cons

Layoff after project As an engineer your job stability depends on the project. During each project you have to think about your next project. You should network inside the company to make sure your name is on the list for the next project. As a technical engineer you are just a number cruncher. Build your network in the company, spend time talking to project manager or you will be laid off. As am engineer you are just an expense to the company. As an engineer, if your hours are not billable, you are an expanse that needs to be cut. Work on your office politics, and office networking, or update your resume. The choice is yours...
