Pros

Collaboration across all specialities and levels. Headed for big, big things! Exciting time to be part of this team. Supportive work environment where your opinion matters, common sense still thrives and there’s no such thing as a stupid question! Highly engaged management team with a servant leadership style. Always looking to do the right thing — even when it doesn’t quite favor the bottom line.

Cons

High growth company = fair amount of (planned and unplanned) change No 2 days are alike Greatness in progress

Pros

This is the third center I’ve worked in within the same span of years. And besides my initial clinic, which will always hold a special place in my heart; AAC PTC has now become my home. The BCBA’s Chary and Nick are intelligent, resourceful, and are willing to listen and troubleshoot at a moments notice. Seeing their passion for the field and their willingness to assist in any capacity in professional and personal matter is what solidified my decision to stay at AAC PTC. The OM Reana is the BEST! Do you need me to say that again? THE BEST! Hands down the most caring and understanding manager I’ve had since I started working at 15 years old. She always available even when she’s not physically in the building, she never fails to handle any situation that comes up or issue that I need assistance handling, and she always has a joke on hand to make me laugh on the tougher days. The work/life balance, the work environment, the employees, the camaraderie and teamwork are unmatched. 20/10. I love it here.

Cons

The week of Christmas and New Years are unpaid.

Pros

AAC Lawrenceville is a great environment to work in. ABA can be a difficult field but clinical staff make the center a place you want to be. More specifically Jasmine and Michelle always ensure that staff are comfortable and heard. If you're looking for a role in ABA definitely come here.

Cons

It can be a hassle when clients call out
