The children were the best part

-Lack of professionalism -Management has no clue what they’re doing -Doctor that owns the business only cares about the money, kids and staff secondary -unorganized hiring process: no proper on boarding. -No delegation of roles -Does not practice cleanliness, and it’s a clinic!!!!

One location Pays slightly above average for a clinic RBT

Cons

Leadership is horrible. Extremely unprofessional Leadership openly complaining about their job, and not uncommon to see leadership arguing, and crying. Time in hours is usually off, or changed without your knowledge. Unknowledgeable clinical staff. Not enough space. Not enough materials. Business is rarely cleaned Will subject you to rules not outlined in handbook.
