I've been working here for a short amount of time but have really appreciated the leadership and help from everyone involved in this center. The BCBA's, Nick and Chary, are extremely knowledgeable and open to step in. Reanna goes above and beyond for the staff and kiddos. As cliche as it might sound, the staff really feels like a family. AAC is a great place to work and an even better place for your kiddos to receive therapy! Pros: hour lunch break, career advancement opportunities, fun environment, helpful RBT's and BCBA's, competitive compensation, guaranteed 32 hours (often times you hit 40)
