Pros

The change I have seen since starting to work here has been nothing short of amazing. Atlanta Autism Center struggled under previous leadership and saw a lot of turnover in every level of employment but it is evident that is changing. The new leadership is so receptive and open to suggestions and comments from its employees and is making intentional efforts to not repeat past mistakes. The clinical opinion of the BCBAs is taken seriously and there is an emphasis on creating growth opportunities for RBTs who want to continue in this field. I am excited to go to work for the first time in a while and it feels amazing to be in a place that values high quality services.

Cons

Disorganization from previous leadership has left a mark on the company that is still being mended, but the current leadership is making every effort to take responsibility for past errors and move forward .

Pros

Our new VP of operations is very receptive with ideas that the clinical directors bring. For example, striving for work life balance, management listened to our concerns about BCBA burn-out and have capped our caseloads to 7 max without and intern, 10 with an intern. We have a fantastic leadership team that is working diligently to turn everything around. The team is all about collaboration and making this the best place of employment as well as the quality of therapy we provide.

Cons

We are still in the process of restructuring the company from the ground up, things don't happen overnight. However, great things take time. That is one thing I sincerely appreciate about being here. We are working together to ensure everything is done correctly and ethically.

Pros

Employees have and continue to come together as a team to build, and progressively come together to work to create and perfect the vision of a fabulous ABA facility. I love that Atlanta Autism Center is a one stop shop for families to receive quality services of ABA, Speech and Occupational therapy. I have felt heard. I like that employees can come to leaders and voice their concerns then in return have their needs and idea heard. There is a lot of opportunity for growth

Cons

While there is a lot of room for growth, the company has gone and is going through a period of restructure.
