Pros

-Work/Life Balance -Collaborative -Support for RBTs -Support for BCBAs -Compensation The company has re-opened with a brand new team that is focused on providing quality care while also providing the RBTs and BCBA with support. Since I have started here, everyone has been helpful and collaborative. As a practitioner, this is the first company that I have worked for where I feel like my voice is heard. I can honestly say that we have had a significant amount of positive changes in a short period of time. I look forward to continuing to build with this company.

Cons

I currently don't have any cons.

Pros

I can honestly say that this has been the BEST workplace environment and team that I have ever worked with in my career. I'm new to ABA but the culture here has been so fun and easy to fit into. Leadership, the RBTs, BCBAs and Admin staff is awesome and truly care about the kids and families we are here to serve. There is also huge opportunity for growth since we are starting small and growing rapidly, so its nice to know that with this not being a corporate culture, the opportunities are endless. Benefits are good, pay is good, but the little things they offer are GREAT. Floating holidays, a fun work environment, PTO w/ rollover, Flex Time, etc.

Cons

The payroll system that is used, but working to change that soon!
