Pros

The pay and clients are a plus. You may even enjoy some of your co-workers. An hour lunch is nice but it is unpaid.

Cons

The turn over is so high for techs and BCBAs. I have personally seen over 8 BCBAs come and go in the less than a year I have been with this company. Managers will communicate with you one way and feel it is unacceptable for you to do the same. The PA is highly petty and will target staff to make them quit or fire them. A policy and procedure book does exist however the management doesn't follow it. Be warned less than 24 hours is okay for them to give you notice, but you must give 2 weeks for anything you wish to do.

Pros

I don’t work here anymore.

Cons

Untrustworthy company. Management is unprofessional and lies to employees. They lie to the owner as well about what is going on so when confronted with issues he is never aware. Management plays with your money... Say they will pay for a CEU and then make you chase them around for a month for the promised reimbursement, don’t pay on time and say ADP “glitched”, say they will pay you for approved days and then take it back, ignore you when you have a problem. Facilities are small and lack equipment. Takes a long time to get basic materials/supplies (even ones that can be ordered on Amazon prime). No work-life balance- work 5 days a week with only 2 weeks pto a year. Felt like I was deteriorating as a therapist and mentally. Would not work here if they paid me $500k an hour because you can’t put a price on happiness.
