Pros

There’s solid protocols for both clinical and operational procedures. Supervisors are supportive and timely with responses. Our concerns are heard by leadership and necessary adjustments are made.

Cons

Not a lot of remote time for BCBAs which leads to burnout

Love working with the kiddos, you get the support you need and the structure of the kids schedule is beneficial for them to have fun and learn and grow so much!

Cons

It can be exhausting sometimes with high behaviors
