Pros

Staff and coworkers are wonderful people and easy to work with. Medical benefits are good.

Cons

Open 365 days a year. I worked most Holidays. No room to grow at this particular FBO for a CSR. No merit raises giving to CSRs. Raises are only annual and arent really competitive for performance.

Fun but tough work

Great company to work for that provides amazing benefits for health insurance and paid leave. Exciting field to work in. Plenty of opportunities for overtime if one desires. Plenty of paths within the company to move up and around.

Cons

Physically demanding at times with the added stress of following FAA, DOT, and CBP regulations very closely to ensure the safety and security of everyone on airport grounds.
