Networking is the only good thing as the traffic is heavy

Cons

Management does not care about their employees. They constantly crate problems between the staff members, and take no accountability for it, they will rather punish employees. There is no work and life balance, they want their employees to work whenever they please without considering their lives outside. Micromanagment is a normal thing, you will be watched 24/7 and punished for not following the 1 million rules they have made up.
