Must say that in the short amount of time since I’ve 1st started working at Atlantic Aviation PWK, I have felt like a new member of the family. In the many years of working in a large variety of fields, this has been the most positive personal/professional life experience. I’m grateful to ALL my co-workers in PWK.

Cons

No travel Benefits in Aviation? No training-it’s learn on your own. No breaks. Seems like a high turnover rate. Customer service job is absolutely no customer service but ALL clerical work. Customer service manager gets all the smoke breaks she wants. Customer service manager should consider her cigarette smell before standing next to people…. It’s bad. New hires on their own, most unorganised company (possibly just my station?) I’ve ever worked for. My manager seems to not know what she is doing either. Pay is not great.
