      Positive to negative corporate culture in less than a year, can you say micromanage?

      Everyday is something, someone different and you see who is going where and what's going on across the country

      Cons

      Company culture quickly moved from empowering employees to get the job done to micromanaging employees and business units from corporate office without local input of real situations or business situations. Raising prices every few months while they "test" the market on how much the company can charge before negative feedback
