Pros

Usually not busy meaning you can split work evenly. Same people come in often so you’ll make conversation. The area has ALRIGHT food. Supervisor is the one running the show. 4th of July fireworks. Tips

Cons

No benefits. Minimum wage. Passive-Aggressive management. Rude customers. Cleaning lady kind of sucks at her job because you’re doing it for her. You basically work for Blade while they make twice your pay. You can’t use the blade lounge but do blade work. Weather days mean you could not get paid. Also they constantly try to make budget cuts when they are understaffed. The management is horrible.

Pros

This job makes you feel more than needed. The operation wouldn’t run without the CSRs staying on top of everything. The customer interactions with flight crews are mostly wonderful. Great job if you’re interested in pursuing a career in anything aviation related due to the connections alone that you make here.

Cons

Management is iffy. Sometimes feel extremely under appreciated and overworked.
