Pros

Work with planes, meet good people and pilots.

Cons

Terrible pay for the work. 14.60 an hour for working in the heat and driving fuel trucks and moving planes all day is laughable. Other employees take the tips of new employees for many months.

Thank you for your review and feedback. The hourly rate that you reference in your review is somewhat dated as we have worked hard over the past year to increase our hourly rates to be as market competitive as possible. We know how important it is to have competitive compensation, benefits, bonuses, and growth opportunities. We look to fairly compensate employees in a total compensation package model including hourly rates, bonus opportunities, benefits, 401k with employer matching, and time-off. We regularly benchmark our benefits and have started to benchmark our compensation more over the past year to make more market-informed wage decisions for our locations. We carefully examine a number of factors, including specific job factors like tow certification, tenure, individual performance, local market and industry wage comparisons, and what is possible within Atlantic’s budget. We encourage those who have any questions or concerns about their pay, benefits, or any element of compensation to talk to their supervisor. We appreciate your contributions to Atlantic Aviation during your time with us and wish you all the best in your new role.
