Terrible management favored some employees over others

Pros

If you are smart, you won't even make any attempt to look for pros here. You will just end up wasting your time.

Cons

The top management was awful and terrible. They promoted favoritism within the company. Some employees were given preference over all others despite doing nothing. In contrast, some employees who di all the hard work, worked stressful, brutal, exhausting, and insane hours were ignored. BEWARE!

Great Intro to Aviation

Atlantic was awesome! I worked there almost 2 years and was one of the best jobs i ever had. The management team was great and understanding. Safety was a top priority and we ran a clean and safe ramp. Very educational and learned a lot more about aircraft than i ever thought i would!

Cons

If you're not a morning person, don't work the morning shift, it starts at 5am. Not necessarily a but it is a very hands-on and physical job, not for the weak-minded. Great Job to keep you in shape and motivated!
